Hello people,
The year 2019 with my family we went to tour part of the south of our country, specifically the Los Lagos Region, it was my father, mother, brother and me. Originally, we were going to go for a week but we stayed 3 more days as we wanted to add one more place to our itinerary. Of all the vacations I have had this was the best because being older I was aware of some things related to the history and culture of the south, especially when we went to Chiloé, touring that island has been one of the nicest things, the people there are wonderful and very nice, one of them invited us to eat lamb al palo that was cooking for 6 hours and they explained to us that it tastes different from the "Magallanico" lamb. Of what I visited this island, what attracted me the least from a touristic point of view were the "palafitos", I didn't find them very attractive compared to the rest of what the island had to offer, it was in the middle of the city, and it was only a small part of it and there wasn't much sea to cover them, however, they are still just as touristic hahaha. Well, I think it was certainly a very nice experience, I left a picture of when I boarded the boat to go to an island inside Chiloé.
Chiloe is one of the most beautiful destinations in Chile, good that you stayed longer to enjoy, also the churches are beautiful, they are scary hahaha, but it is worth going to see them.
ResponderEliminarHahaha, many people love Chiloé because they love the "palafitos", so it's funny that what you liked least were the "palafitos". I don't know Chiloe, so I can't say much, but is great that do you liked that place:-)
ResponderEliminarI dont know the south of Chile at all, but Chiloe is a place that I would love to visit, sad that the only thing that I have notions is the palafitos, I hope i like them:)
ResponderEliminarwhat a good experience you had!, I have traveled several times to the south of our country, but I have never been to Chiloe unfortunately, according to what people say it´s a bery beatiful island with a lot of culture,you were ver lucky!
